I'm at the Acura dealer now trying to get the key fob that I got of eBay programed and now they tell me that the immobilizer is bad on my 05 acura rl that they tried it on another rl they have back there and it works but it won't on mine I want to say that's bullshit because I've checked all my modules and I know 100% that my immobilizer doesn't have any dtc's could this be possible?

 

tell them to try and sync a new OEM fob to your car and report back.

 

I don't think they have oem fobs laying around they told me that the immobilizer was back ordered so I can't even order it at all . I left already got a free car wash and no charge for the rest but funny thing is I noticed that I can lock and unlock the car now with the door handle antenna now wich I couldn't before and turn the ignition on but when I try to turn it on the car just cranks .

 

Now my fucking trunk doesn't open unless it's manually. Fucking bullshit. Just worked yester day what the hell car didnt like dealer visit.
