CD player not recognizing/playing cds

CD player not recognizing/playing cds

My multi disc CD player just stopped working. I can load and unload but it won't read the music Cds anymore. Did it go Kaput?

Mine has done the same but it will still play DVD-A discs. I mostly listen to podcasts and Pandora through my iPhone these days so I haven't worried about fixing it.

Thanks. I've tried authentic Music cds and mp3 burned cds. Not sure if I tried DVD-A but my RL is a 05 with no Aux. plug for ipods and such...lol.

If you have the original owner's manual, there is a DVD-A disc in the leather case Acura used to showcase the system.
