Just bought a 2006 RL with the tech package.
Can't pair my iPhone 5. Any suggestions? Too nice a car phone not to be able to use it. Have lots of older att phone- around, but i am currently on Verizon ( no SIM, can 't use the older phones)

Hi Acura guys.

I'm a Legend user in Eu.
I could make connection between iP5 and my car but there is a problem.

When I start a call from my iPhone it si indicated that Honda is audio device but when the the oponent side answers, audio device is changed to iPhone again.
I have to change to Honda manuelly again.

Is there a solution about that?

have you tried to delete the phone and re-pair?

Since I paired it, it's like that.
When I make call via car, it's ok.
But from iPhone, it is always like that.

Also make sure you do not have any pending updates on your phone.

 

It's a known "feature" with a dedicated thread. Either initiate the call from the car, or after connection, choose "Source -> Honda (HFL)".

When the call initiated, iPhone's display shows HONDA HFL but when opponent answers it is changed to iPhone.

I need to select Honda HFL each time.

Is that normal?
