Antenna cable location

I have an isimple tranzit USB and I removed the radio and there's no antenna cable. Does anyone know where and how to get to the cable. Thanks

Are you sure it is designed to work with an RL? How about a manual for the device. It appears from the catalog diagram that the antenna harness runs from the head unit to the right C-pillar to a module that controls the antenna across the bottom of the rear window.

The kit is universal. I had to buy a antenna adapter made for honda/Acura. I talked to the place where I bought the isimple and they recommended me to get an antenna extention. I'll post how it goes.

You would be better off returning the unit for a USA Spec. The USA Spec unit takes about 10 minutes to install and will probably end up being cheaper after you buy all your antenna adapters, antenna extensions, the unit, etcccc....Not to mention you had to remove the head unit for this? What a PIA

I know what you mean by antenna cable, and I don't think the RL has one. They can advertise "universal" all they want, but not all cars are equal. Unlike the previous legends with the large amplifier style plug in, this car has a harness that runs to an antenna module in the C-pillar. You have to work very hard to get into the C-pillar. Remove the back seat, use a rubber mallet to break your clips, and try not to detonate your curtain airbags.

While some may not know the difference, this car is not an Accord. Your best bet is the USAspec unit.

I've removed the C-pillar before, its not bad took me an hour though, I actually have pictures of the whole thing without the cpillar cover, but once you break the clips you have to buy new ones and they arent cheap! But yeah USASpec is better anyway because it displays information on your nav and you can use steering wheel control!
