Aftermarket amp and subwoofer help

Hello all, I have an 05 RL SH and I recently installed an aftermarket sub and amp. I installed a JL audio 10w7 and a JL audio 500/1 mono sub amp. (I can supply power wire routing pics if anyone wants them). I am a master cerified technician so no need for dumbing down technical responses. The issue I am having is that intermittently at start up I am sometimes getting feed back through the sub. It's a brief 5-10 second period where the sub buzzes (not a poor ground issue). After that all is well. I ran the the rca feed to the JL amp from the post amp wiring from the Bose amp. Not sure if the issue is a self test upon startup or something else all together. Thinking about trying to run rca feed pre amp to see if this corrects it. Just curious if anyone else has run into this issue. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

Did you disconnect the ANC?

Yeah I shut it down through the diagnostic settings, still getting an initial low hum from sub.

That menu setting is not sticky. You will have to set it each time you start the engine. You can either disconnect the microphones or you can disconnect the ANC harness at the Bose amp in the passenger quarter panel.

Saw one of your other posts about in in another part of the forum 007spy, I pulled down the rear dome light and unplugged the microphone. Sounds great now. Thanks so much. You are a big help to this community.

For the amp? There is a hole in the firewall you can bring it thru...
