acuralink

owned my certified preowned 2008 RL now for about 3 weeks and it is a fantastic car, but i cant get the acuralink to work, tried three different phones from their list now and verizon is starting to hate me.... anyone uses the acuralink feature?

I don't think many on this board use the AcuraLink feature, in fact, most think that HFL and Acuralink are the same thing. I've been having the same problem connecting to the Acura server. I have Verizon as well. I think it has something to with the initial dial string (#777). If you go through the manual setup, you have the option to change the dial string (defaults to #777), email (suposedly your phone number@vzw.com or something like that) and a password (vzw).

If you try and dial the #777 dial string directly from your phone, it doesn't go anywhere. What has Verizon been telling you?

I would curious on this one as well. I think there has to be a way to connect my phonebook with this car! Let me know what you find out.
