About to say Bye to XM nav

Called to renew my XM and they were happy to extend the $77 deal to the radio but stated that in order to get XM nav it must be bundled with the radio and there is no promotion on that. The $49 annual xm nav is gone. Bottom line .... $190. Said I would think about it. But answer seems to be to get radio for $77 and give up xm nav or pay dearly to get xm nav which for me is just a "nice to have".

Any similar experiences?

What is XM Nav? If you mean XM NavTraffic....your Nav system will work just fine, you just wont see any traffic flow or incidences around your city since that feature is provided by XM.
