2005 RL and Blackberry 8830

Any feedback on the Blackberry 8830 from Verizon and its interaction with RL (bluetooth, etc.) ??

My wife has an 8830 and it works great with her 2005 MDX. I've paired it with my 2005 RL, but we haven't really used it there. My hunch is that it will be just fine there, too.

I've had my 8830 for about a month now and it paired easily with my '05 RL. Battery and signal strength show on the display. No problems whatsoever. However, still annoying that Acura refuses to allow the car to recognize the phonebook from within the 8830.

I just got an 8830 and cannot get it paired to my '06 TL. I previously had a 7130 paired without issue.

I go through the pairing process and it works OK, then when I name the phone on HFL, it just cancels out and doesn't complete the pair. The 8830 thinks it did, however.

Any recommendations? Should I call Verizon, BB or Acura?
