OK, new owner here. When are the rear head rests suppose to go up? Mine never go up and when i press the "down" button in the over head console all I hear is clicking? Can someone inform me if this is common or a fix.

 

"Up" is a manual process...give them a tug until they snap into place. The button releases them when up (that's the clicking you hear) so they drop down due to gravity.
