XM 3 month alert....

I received a notice from XM Satellite Radio stating my 3 month trial was about to expire.

I contacted Acura and they are aware of the problem and will get it resolved.

Yeah I received that notice yesterday also. I tried to call XM but the lines were busy. I still need to call to try to get the 1 Year promotion.

I got it last week. I called XM and their records were correct. I was on hold for close to 20 minutes.

Same false notice here. Although I asked friendly Acura of Lynnwood representative to call XM on my behalf to strighten them.

What is weird, the RADIO ID on the notice was wrong, while the VIN was right. I wonder if it is connected with Acura Link module being updated (replaced).

My notice had the correct radio ID and VIN. I had to wait about the same 20 minutes for a service rep from XM. He looked up the account and had the correct expiration date. Obviously someone in the CRM department at XM had a very bad day.

Ditto for me. Wrong radio I.D/correct VIN. I also contacted XM (long hold time) and was told they sent everyone the 3 months expiration notice by accident.
