Winshield reflection

I have an "06 RL with a dark grey (black?) interior.

I find that on sunny days the dash panel reflection off the inside of the windshield is quite visible. Also, due to the irregular shape of the top of the dash, the reflection is very pronounced - to the point of being distracting.

Do any RL owners, particularly those in sunny climates, notice this?

Same here. I usually dim the Navi screen at night using the little button in the lower left because the glare on the upper part of the windshield is so bright.

I have the same situation with my taupe interior.

Easily defeated with polarized sunglasses.

To be honest, I can't remember a car that I've had that didn't do this. The one that did it the least was my '04 Maxima, which has a very low dash.

I see some reflection from my RL's taupe dash, but I think the dark grey in my TL reflects a lot worse. TL's have a horseshoe-shaped cowl over the gauge cluster, and that horseshoe always shows prominently in the windshield.

I just learn to ignore it and "look through it".

Not that you were asking for a 'fix'...but if you are... get a pair of Polarized Sun glasses... it all but takes ALL of the reflexion out of your windshild from the dash.
If you want to experiment... get a pair of $10 Wal-Mart sunglasses and see for yourself. It's quite amazing the difference

The Acura RSX didnt have this issue, it had a different type of dash material that didnt reflect sunlight.
