I have a couple questions:

1. I had read somewhere here that the wipers can be adjusted for winter use... is this correct? I don't really remember the details and can't find it

2. How many of you put on special wipers for the winter/snow? If so, what do you use/reccomend?

 

Hey Vp911 whats up. Hope you had a good thanksgiving. If you grab the passenger side wiper as well as the drivers side if you can reach you push them up the window and they will lock about 5 inches higher so they can defrost easier and not be tucked under the plastic shield. I just slide the passenger side and they both move. It takes a little force. I was thinking about going with some piaa silicone blades if they make our size.

 

Make sure you hold onto both wipers when you lift them up. I did it with just one, and it felt like I was going to break something. The funny thing was, it went back into the lower positions after winter all by themselves.
