Just had my '06 RL out in the snow and ice in New England and suddenly my driver's side wiper won't work. Passenger one still wipes, but the drivers' moves a little bit, but only a couple of inches. When I hold it, I can move it up and down the windshield manually...which leads me to believe a bolt has somehow worked loose. Is this easy for me to get to or am I going to have to have my dealer do it?

This happened to me one time with my 2G Legend when I was moving the wiper to winter position. It turned out a nut holding the wiper arm to wiper motor shaft (or whatever) had loosened up. I shut the wipers off, positioned the arm where it should have been at rest and used an open ended metric wrench to tighten. No issues since.
