Will a TL intake fit an RL?

Hey guys, just picked up a 05 RL recently. My 04 tl was recently totalled by a reckless driver a month ago, and I read that the intakes will swap over with a modified bracket? I have a aem v2! Just want to confirm because I'm having trouble searching for a answer. Thanks!

Been wondering the same, the intake tube has ripped at the throttle body on mine. No CEL thankfully but yeah... Think it happened when my motor mounts went bad.

My motor mounts were garbage, when I took them off they came off in pieces. They were so bad the motor actually shifted 2 inches to the driver side. I think when all that happen and the motor would shift so much from accelerating it just ripped the tube.

It was probably when you did the right thing and searched. https://acurazine.com/forums/second-...ht=Tl-s+intake

I know you saw my response earlier. The TL-S intake definitely fits, but there is an air sensor connector that the RL doesn't have (or vice versa) that will be left empty. I said that and then searched, and when I found ^that thread, I deleted my comment.

My bad, I did see your comment then it was gone. I guess worse case scenario I can just throw it in and see if it works 100%. I'll have to check. I'm new to the RL game and havn't familiarized myself yet.

You don't need to apologize.

. I see what you mean about that sensor though, looking at my intake the iat sensor is plugged, so if it's like the tl installation at all, I just have to throw it in and extend a vacuum hose I believe.
