where to get clear headlights?
Since now we know that Visionary Racing can't be trusted, where can we get the JDM headlights? I don't know if many shops would be willing to clear it, and I don't wanna risk breaking it by doing it myself.

I am guessing this is for an RL.
If it's just clearing your OEM lights you're referring to. You can do it. Trust me, once you're done with one you'll wonder what you were scared of to begin with. Get the nissan butyl rubber to ensure a good seal. Put in oven for 9 minutes at 190 degrees with no preheat. Open up and do your thing. Then press back together, then do the hairdryer method to get the humidity out of the light (read up on threads started by me in reference to condensation in lights).
Easy!

Easy!
1. Remove Bumper
2. Remove Headlight
3. Open a corona (Mandatory)
4. Place headlight in the oven for 15-20 mins @ 200 deg. .
5. Remove the headlight
6. Grab the corners and ply the headlight open
7. Take out the orange reflector

So the objective is so that others cannot see your indication? They should supply the RL like this in California - the drivers here don't seem to be smart enough to use the indicators and operate the phone!

Anyone have some orange reflectors they took out and dont want? I'm doing clear reflectors for a bunch of cars and would like to do it for this car as well as I am going to buy one next spring.
A lot of cars sold in numerous countries subscibe to the rules that indicators must not only be seen from the front, they must also be seen from the side. I incorrectly assumed that Honda subscribed to this safety feature. (I know, they get around this law by having the indicator repeaters in the side mirrors).
