R18 offset ???
R19 offset ???

this is for summer tires. I don't have summer tires also any ideas????
i think for summer i can have wider tires. For now I have 17x8 +55 offset
And how wide i can go.

Every wheel is different. Offset has no relation to clearing the caliper; it only relates to the fender. It's an impossible question to answer from numbers alone.

It depends on the wheel. The specs sound like they will work. One thing you need to make sure of is that the wheel fits over the front brakes.

 

Here's how I tell if something fits. I try it on.

 

What's the wheel? Where did you get those specs from?

They look like TireRack's product specs to me, as far as the verbage. If so, and if you found them through their online fitment guide, they should fit. TireRack's fitment guide is pretty spot on.
