I bought an RL recently and been fixing all the little things here and there. I want to get these either replaced or painted. Anyone know what part number these are and if there is a service manual to take off/replace them? I searched but can't seem to find the term for them.

Observe the last bullet point in the 'NOTE:' area, .
That's probably because this cosmetic endeavor is not something to be trifled with and 'bends' are likely, either advertent or inadvertently, to occur.
You're welcome.
