I thought I had the only Desert Mist Metallic. It wasn't my first choice, but it's grown on me a great deal.

 

NBP was not my first choice--would have preferred CGP for the lower maintenance requirements and similar elegance quotient. Yet...basic black goes with everything!

 

I would have bought that color if it was on the lot. Acura just doesn't make many cars in that color.

Which raises a good point; this poll only serves to show the percentage breakdown of colors Acura chooses to make their cars. It's not a reflection of our choice since we didn't necessarily "choose" these colors. We took what was available from maybe a couple colors.

 

So, who's the other Redondo Red Pearl owner? I may have passed you this morning when I passed the only other red RL I've ever seen on the road.

I agree with you. When I bought, my first choice was Meteor Silver/Ebony (also discontinued), but the only one on the lot was destined for someone else already. CS/taupe was my second choice and it was there.

 

I was jonesin for a Carbon Grey with ebony when I test drove the Lakeshore with Taupe and fell in love...

 

I think Meteor Silver is also missing.

That was my 1st choice: Meteor Silver / Taupe. But none to be had when I purchased my Opulent Blue Pearl. Kinda surprised to see several OBPs out there, I thought it was kinda rare. I have yet to see another OBP on the streets here.
