The Water Test
I hit a pretty good pothole the other day, and now I can't tell if my RL is driving with more of a vibration than before. I think because I'm expecting something to be out-of-whack, I'm being too sensitive.
Question: If you place a bottled water in the cup holder and drive at 80mph, do you see any ripples in the top of the water? I'm seeing some minor "waves," but I can't recall if this condition existed before.
The car goes straight "hands-free," and no shimmy in the wheel in hard breaking, but I'm thinking the wheel is out of balance. BTW, the TPS reads the same amount as the other tires.

I believe your water test would be more dependent on the road condition than your wheel balance. If it still drives straigt I would not worry about it. If you hit it hard enough to bend your wheel or put the car out of alignment you would probably have blown the tire, especially if you are on the 17" rims.
