AGAIN WATER WITH DISSOLVED IONS IS A BETTER MEDIUM FOR ELECTRON TRANSFER FROM OXIDIZING TO REDUCING SUBSTANCES THUS IS MORE CORROSSIVE THAN DEIONIZED H2O. SIMPLE FACT, YOU KNOW, LIKE GRAVITY AND EVOLUTION!

Here is some real acid base chemistry to elucidate the idea more thoroughly, BTW the PH of pure H2O is 7 (neither an acid or a base) by definition.

I'm not hating....it takes one to know one (pushes slightly bent glasses up bridge of nose).
