vibration at speed that resoves

I recently switched to Bridgestone Potenzas in my RL. I had new front shocks as well installed and the shake was horrible at highway speed. I took it to a more competent shop and they found a bolt that needed tightening in the shocks and it went away.

Now it shakes initially for a couple miles and then resolves into normal smooth driving each time my car is driven after sitting for a couple of hours.

I am assuming this is the tire and not a suspension component right? I will try to adjust the pressure of the tires to see if I can change the tendency to shake.

I have done alignment and balancing of the tires already twice.

Any input or has anyone else had any issues like this?

That initial shake is most likely flat spots on tires from sitting, when tire warms up shake goes away. Happens with some tires. Remember RL is a heavy car.

Thanks. I assumed it had to be that but I've never had that on any other car really, although I always run Michelin pilots or mxm4 and these are the first Bridgestones I have ever owned.

Thanks so much
