Is the RL supposed to have a net in the trunk? Mine doesn't and I was just wondering.

 

NO, its an option you can purchase. Ihave heard it is pretty painful to install. You have to remove some clips to get it in.

 

Wonder why that make the net standard in the TL and not the RL.

 

I bought my net on-line and got the install instructions and said "no-way am I pulling off the trunk liner and unbolting the lugs to install this thing". I can't believe they just didn't design the think to loop onto the existing lugs. Anyway, that's what I did; just hooked the net into the clips on the floor. It works fine for holding things down to the floor which is what I wanted it to do in the first place.

 

My dealer sent me a net and it looks like a hammock. Didn't have any install instructions.

 

The dealer installed mine. I don't know why I bothered, I haven't found a good use for it...yet. So far, it's just gotten in the way. But I do like the trunk tray.
