My battery died recently. I grabbed the card from the glove box and entered the 4 digit code into navigation without a problem. When I tried to use the same code on the radio using the present buttons, I keep getting an error. I think I've tried 2 or 3 times, and am afraid I'll lock myself out.

What's the correct way to enter the code? The card says to enter the 4 digit number. If it doesn't unlock, enter the code again. As soon I try to enter the code a second time, it beeps and displays an error.

Any help would be appreciated. I'm trying to save a trip to the dealership. Thanks

 

The nav/radio codes aren't the same. Nav is 4 numbers and the radio is 5 numbers..

 

 

Thanks guys! I saw the 5 digit code next to the serial number on the card, but hadn't tried that one yet.

The radio is working again!
