Transmission problems on my kb2

So recently I've been experiencing some tranny problems it shifts good but downshifts really hard and when I yield and my car doesn't reach 0 mph I go to accelerate and it take a few seconds to catch the gear and sometimes like jumps I changed my TC last October and did a 3x3 tranny flush right after, what can I do to maybe fix this pressure switches ?

Black fluid... Yeah you're probably SOL. Try a fluid exchange but that's a crapshoot.

Even changing my RL and Odyssey trans fluid every 30,000 the fluid is pretty dark every time. It seems to darken very quickly and I think it's just an attribute of hondas atf. Only time I drained fluid that looked great was when I did a 3x3. Anyway, I wouldn't count your transmission dead just because it was dark. If u did a 3x3 after a TC replacement that should have given you nearly 100% new fluid as the technician would have had to add new as well after the install. Just keep doing a drain/fill every 20-30k miles and hope for the best.
