Transmission fluids

Has anyone had their transmission fluids changed at the dealer? I couldnt tell from my dealer's printout if it was a flush, or if they just drain and refill the fluids. I have read many horror stories of the transmission flush.....

Not on this car, but on others such as my 2G Legend. The drain and fill on that car was about 4 quarts. The flush was 16, and a lot more expensive. However, the flush that they do, according to Acura Service News is not with a machine, but a drain and fill, run the car through the gears, get the torque converter to lock up, and then do it all over again 2 or 3 times. The particular article was not so much about the process of getting the car to run through the gears and the torque converter lock up while the car is up on the rack. As far as I could tell, this is all done with the car on the rack.
