I've started thinking about a new ride, so I checked KBB and edmunds for trade value. My current 2006 RL with 32.5k miles is in excellent mechanical and cosmetic condition. Most dealers use good or average regardless of how clean the trade, current price is between 22.5 and 25k. It seems kinda low and about 5-7k less than 3-4 months ago. Anybody have a real trade value recently?

I just sold near mint 06 RL with 33k miles on it last week for $26k. That's what TL's should be selling for.

 

i don't know, 35x, maybe the redesigned A4 or A6, or a leftover 08 Rl. I truely enjoy the RL, but get a little bored. Maybe I should keep it and pop for my brother's cherry C6. I really don't think there is a better compromise all in 1 vehicle for 4 people, with AWD for cleveland and good reliability. especially if one likes a sporty nature. A 1 yr old 535xi maybe a little better, but certainly no better reliability.
