TIP: Trunk Locked

Last night my kids were playing in the car and one of them was able to open the glove compartment and lock the trunk from there (there is a switch that locks the trunk, I did not know about it), any ways I needed to open the trunk later that night, not able to do it no matter what I did.
This morning I called the dealer and they advised me of the switch inside the trunk, basically it is for valet parking, so you can lock the glove compartment with the key with any valuables in the trunk and no one should be able to get in.
Also, make sure that the lock from the back seat is also locked.

It's always a good idea to read your owner's manual when you get a new car, especially one loaded with technology.....

I have not had time to sit down yet with the manual, understood this is a must but I have to say it was great to pop on the web and get a reminder about the valet feature. I remember talking about it but forgot and couldn't figure out why my trunk wouldn't open -Thanks!
