Ok I need to vent and this seems to me my source to do so. When I first got my RL I went to a place in Seattle that was recommended to me called Accutint of Seattle. I had the windows tinted and the rock chip protection put on, simple enough. Due to a chip in the hood, I had them hold off to put the hood piece on, until I could have it repainted. Well Seattle could not get me in and Bellevue could so I made the appointment there, it was for a Saturday. There are some defects in 3 pieces of the tint, but they said that they could take care of everything, but it didn't turn out to be so. Once I got there, they finished off the rock chip part, but asked me to come back at a later time to do the tint. Now by no means was I happy about this, but I agreed to do so, thinking it wouldn't be that big of a deal and I made my appointment for Saturday, Sept. 1st. Well. . . . . . I got there at 10am, just like we scheduled, but they decided to close for the weekend and did not let me know, man was I pissed ! ! ! ! I just got off the phone with their manager and we have made plans for this Saturday, this better go right this time.

 

Good News, they are going to discount me on a full car detail, guess customer care does mean something to them. Like I said, they are a good company, just some misunderstandings I guess.
