Is this a known thing with honda motors? I opened the hood with the car running and there is a ticking noise from the engine. My 350z had this slightly but not as noticeable. Im wondering if this is a known thing with 06 RLs and if they all do this. My 350z had a tranny that sounded like marbles rolling around and i thought it was a problem until i went to nissan and found out they all do this and the forums people stated it was normal. I just want to make sure im not worried about something that is normal. Its going to dealer on Friday for new rotors and brakes (on the house), all weather mats (also on the house), and new nav disk upgrade (as well) just need to know if this needs to be mentioned or if they will just tell me all the RLs engines sound like that due to vtech yada yada

 

Yeah it is normal. my car is making the same noise and i bought it to the dealer and they told me its normal.
