is there a tsb on the torque converter?

whats up, so i am curious to know whether there is a tsb on the torque converter because at about 2200 rpm and maybe 1400-1600rpm i feel like a very slight vibration off the pedal that i don't believe should be there..... it is not a serious issue, but I want to approach before it becomes one, i have warranty for a few more thousand miles wondering if anyone else has experienced this...

Do you get the same effect in neutral at that rpm?

Some engines simply have a "rough spot" or two in the rpm range, usually down low. My '95 Legend had a "rough spot" in the lower rpm range (about 1400-1600) which was just a characteristic of the engine. A little higher up, there was a gentler rough spot.
