Stripped out wiper motor gear?

2005 Acura RL, 243,000. We had a cold snap one morning with snow. From 45 to About 12 degrees, I went out defrosted the windshield for a bit, well like 30 minutes. Kinda forgot the car the running, came back out, went to turn the wipers on and all I heard was gears grinding. Water from the windshield melted and refroze to the wipers. I normally keep them up in the ice mode but forgot this time. Pulled the transmission out and the gears are stripped in the motor. Is like to just replace the motor but can't find one for the RL. Can I interchange it with a MDX or TL motor? Just wondering cause they would be a cheap fix. Thanks in advance.

Looks like AcuraPartsWarehouse might have it. Part number is 76505-SJA-G01. It is $260 before shipping though. For some reason no one has the Cardone remans available. Also, there are no other interchangeable motors by the looks of it. There are also used units on Ebay.
