I recently upgraded my fog light bulbs to some 65W 4500K bulbs.

I notice that the glass lens in front of the bulb gets very hot to the touch after the lights have been on for a while; say after 10-15 mins of driving.

Can someone test out the stock bulbs?

I'm curious if the stock 55W bulbs also produce a lot of heat during/after use.

Does the glass lens in front of the stock fog lights get hot after while?

I washed my car one night after the lights had been on and the glass lens was hot. I don't know how to really tell you how hot it actually was.

I don't know about the fog lights.
