Slight jerk when shifting into gears

So I have a jerk while car is shifting into gears. It stills drives fine just want any opinions on what I should do. Hook it up to a computer but came back with no transmission codes. Should I change the transmission solenoid. Any opinions please.

Try to be nicer when you drive, man.

From what I've gathered in 3G TL land...start with the filter, 3x3, and 3rd and 4th gear pressure switches.
Actually...have you looked at your mounts yet?

How many miles and what year is RL. If mounts are bad ull have a lot of movement and jerking when doing reverse to drive shift. U can look at mounts with your eyes to see if any one of them is blown.

Depends on which transmission Is in your car. And mileage. 2005-7 had few valve body issues that needed to be resolved. Tcc check valve and one other valve. I am no transmission guru. But pretty complex device)

Check your motor and transmission mounts. Hondas are notoriously bad, so there are plenty of threads here and elsewhere.
