Scratches on quarter panel

Just scratched my car against a pillar, arrrrg.
Any ideas on how to fix this cheaply?
I was thinking of buying the touch up pen from the dealer and doing it myself. What do you guys think?
I think most of it should be able to be buffed out but the edge part in photo 2 looks deep.
Also, should I be concerned about rust?

Bring it to a reputable independent body shop - you'll save a fortune over the dealer, have a warranty and know the work was done right.

Thanks, but I'm looking at a DIY option. Anyone have experience with removing scratches and stuff? Also, anyone know what the quarter panel is made of and whether it would rust if left as is?

Quarter panel is possibly aluminum, so you might be safe from rust, but no guarantees.

There is a Wash and Wax forum here (click "Off Topic" at the top of the page) that would have the best advice. I personally don't think an OEM paint pen will cut it.
