rotors?

I would like to replace my rotors and pads with something nice to look at. Anything I should be looking for sepcifically?

I am hoping to have something drilled and slotted for looks, and would like a bit better braking performance, but I also do not want to replace my entire braking system ($$$).

Thanks.
