The day is coming. Finally got it sorted out to where I can get a different vehicle and my decision has been made.

I will be replacing the RL with an 04-09 F150 Supercrew 4x4. If I can come across an FX4 locally that's not ridiculously priced I'm sold but I'm open to the Lariat as well as the XLT so long as it's a supercrew with 4x4 and the 5.4L.

 

 

LOL, I been after another F150 for a long time, I miss having a pickup. Last truck was a '99 F150 Ext Cab 4x2 5.4L. Loved that truck and should have kept it.

Got my car up for sale for $7250. Book value shows $8200 is what it's worth in my area. Car Guru also shows I have it priced $850 under value so it's a good deal to anyone.

 

 

Nice! Beware of the cam phaser issue with that 5.4. I think I remember reading there was a solution to that, but just beware.

 

Yeah my old 06 GT's were notorious for that, thankfully never had that issue but yeah I know it's a common thing. Not concerned though pretty easy fix.

RL for a 4x4 pickup. Most natural transition in the world.

I'm just surprised you didn't go for either a Bentley or a Lancer. :^D

 

I wanted a truck from the get go but had to make a quick decision. I don't regret buying the RL though it's a great car.
