RL calipers

i ran into some trouble when taking apart my calipers.. The 4 torx bolts that hold the two halves together, one caliper came apart fine, the other caliper had 2 seized bolts, and they took some damage when trying to get the fucker apart so Im wondering where I can buy these bolts, I can't find them anywhere in parts diagrams. You think ill have to just go to a hardware store ?

Torx bolts suck don't they? I planned on rebuilding my RL calipers before I installed home on my CL. I assumed that getting them apart would be tough and I would certainly damage them in some way. I am going to replace them with hex head bolts from Lowes. probably the easiest thing to do.

I haven't even taken them apart yet. I'm just going through the rebuild in my head.

A hardware store will have a panel near the bolts that has fittings for all different size bolts so you don't have to measure.

This. The panel has different size screw holes, so take your screw and see which hole it screws into the best. You will only have to measure the length of the screw.
