Passenger front airbag light

Hi all! Hazard/emergency light bulb possibly went out and isn't working but the button does work. Under that button passenger side airbag wording and under that OFF indicator. I just want to make sure that passenger side airbag indicator is working and has no issues. Anyone that knows how passenger airbag indicator should work, please chime in.

1) When I start the car, OFF light comes on for few seconds and goes away - normal?
2) What if I start the car and an adult is sitting in the passenger seat? Will the OFF light flash and go away as it does in step 1?
3) When someone is sitting in the passenger seat while driving, any passenger airbag indicator should be present?

1) Normal
2) Yes
3) No, unless the passenger seat sensor thinks an underweight person is present

So by your reply, it seems that all is working as designed. Thanks!
