Smile Need advise on Mugen bodykit

I have been researching this forum for RL bodykit and have decided to go with Mugen. It seem most of you all who have done it recommends King Motorsports. Has anyone tried Mugen kits from Visionary? They come prepainted and it is made from urethane vs King's PPE. What is your opinions for the material differences?

Thanks in advance for your replies.

Do not send any money to Rip-You-Off-Sam. A member here sent him $1600 for an exhaust and never saw the exhaust or his money. He used to be a member here under username Touge. He has committed the worst cardinal sin a businessman can and should be boycotted indefinitely as a result.

That is my advice to you and how I advise you.

Wow! Thanks for the alert. I tried to find out their physical location thru their website and it is non existent. Tried local listing searches and found out their business address (from godaddy.com whois lookup) operated under different names from mycashgift2u to collarme.com

Ok need to save up or search craigslist patiently for parts out.

There's no way you're going to find a Mugel RL kit on Craigslist.

For completeness of the thread, here is the scoop. It appears it happened to eyi who used to be MugenRL.

I would like to note that the OP of that thread was Mugen RL, and eyi used to be MugenRL IIRC.

Mugen RL is banned.

If I understand correctly, that is simply the 2007 Acura TL-S AEM intake with a "custom" connector (bracket). You can get a similar piece of hardware at Home Depot. The MYs of the Type-S include more than 2007, but I don't remember the range off hand.

Worth is purely subjective. No one has proven the gains of the AEM CAI alone, but two people have proven 12-14 whp gains when it is combined with the 5Zigen exhaust. Bob is one of those people. In reality though, my guess is that 10 of those ponies came from the exhaust alone, so no; it's not worth $300.

Hmmm... Is Mugen kit a direct bolt on replacement for the original bumper? If it is, there will be a slim chance of it's availability if an owner decided to part out for better $$$. If not, you are definitely absolutely right.... My hope are dash

IIUC, it is a grounding kit and helps with engine noise in the electrical systems.

Did some research in this forum, some members "complaint" the amuse kit is too low and get scraped where ever you go. He even have a picture to illustrate every time he get in and out his driveway. I don't like the inconvenience of driving a Lamborghini or Ferrari!

No. It is a bolt-on kit like the OEM A-Spec lip kit. Regardless, you're not going to just find one on Craigslist. There are probably only a handful of them in the entire US.

Lol. What a rip-off. You can buy that spoiler brand new for like $80 more.
