Need advice on buying used RL

Hello, current Accord owner looking to buy a pre-owned Acura. I want advice on the below RL.
Other than finding out if the pump/belt was replaced at 100K, is there anythingelse I should ask or need to look out for on this particular year?
I will try to talk the price down but is this a good price?
2005 Acura RL
Mileage 140,000
Price: 4,500

The listing states the owner had the oil changed regularly. From the pics it looks like it was taken care of externally.

Thanks so much!

Post the link.

Definitely a plus the timing belt job has been done. You should ask for a service history if it's possible.

Common things to look for at that mileage:

- Mounts
- Lower control arms
- Axles (not common but if they haven't been replaced they probably should)
- Seats ripped

RL's are known for some electrical gremlins but overall they're GREAT cars, especially for that price.

You should do a search, this topic has been covered many times. There are a lot of things to consider for the 05. If you don't look at them, your wallet will be drained very fast. I'd want documentation on all fluid changes, not just oil. Door handles, AC, torque converter, AFS, etc.

Find the "search this forum" toolbar in the top right of the forum and search "2005 problems".
