I can't tell you specific gains for the RL but I can tell you that am ECU reflash on an NA emgine will gain you minimal power. All that can be done is massaging the timing and fueling curves, and changing/lowering the VTEC changeover point. Think in terms of single digit pro horsepower gains. Where the massaging of those parameters pays off more is torque, usually in the midrange where you drive most often. Boosted engines can see huge gains because boost is increased along with proper fuel/timing adjustments. On my 2.8L A4, I saw maybe 6hp and 12-14tq. On my 4.4L V8 5-series, the gain is around 10hp and 18tq. On my twin turbo 300ZX, it was 63hp and 76tq.
