Hi, guys. Everytime I turn on my car is says check your disc or it says downloading software but then it goes back to check your disc. I've taken it out and put it in but it doesn't work. I need help. Thanks in advance.

 

It's a acura rl 2005, never changed the DVD disc.

I'd check the disk for scratches, and try a 'cleaner disk' first.

 

I've checked it and it has some scratches, I've taken it out and put it back in but same problem happens.

 

Click the link i posted. There are places that can fix ur disk.

If you have access to someone else's navigation DVD try it out to make sure it's the disk.
