Nav hack problem

Ok so I bought the 4.92 to upgrade my 08 mdx, and I copied the disk with disk utility to try and use in my06 RL. I was able to do this successfully with the 4.62 that came with the MDX. Installed the disk and software upgraded sucessfuly, but when system restarts get disc error with copy. If I insert oem 4.92 it works fine. Now, i can't go back to 4.62 since the software is more up to date than previous version.
Any idea how to go back to the older Software version

Search and you shall find..... Press map menu and cancel to get to diagnostic screen. Click version, and download . Older version reinstalls from 4.62 disc v 1.64

interesting how a ripped copy can install the updated software ,but then get disc error when system restarts. Software update works because the OEM, 4.92 disc will work. Somehow the OEM is protected just when it goes to access the nav database, not the install. or version update.

Didn't even know that you could rip and copy the navi disk. I thought it wouldn't read it properly.

It won't copy properly, something to do with the actual discs themselves rather than the data.
