Hopefully someone else has dealt with this bizarre issue where the clutch engages on the A/C compressor but no cold air is coming out of the vents. Pressure reads 160 and 100. I ordered a Denso replacement, exact same issue! Multiple technicians say its a faulty compressor. I know it's a variable design. Is something electrical not quite lined up?

Possibly the blend door is not acting the way it should?

 

Narrowed it down to a condenser that was not flowing as it should. Replacing it next week and hoping that's it, we shall see.
