Hello everyone, so my engine locked after just 109K miles. I don't know how, or why, but I know for sure that it's locked. I found someone to do the swap for $400 which I think is pretty inexpensive for the labor, but I need to source an engine. I want to do this as inexpensively as possible so what websites and/or places would you guys recommend I look? I have an '08 RL so I don't want to put in a motor older than that. Would the '09-'12 RL engines fit my car?

Hey these sites are scammers right? They barraged my phone even though I didn't provide them with my contact info. I went on one specific site and requested a quote then the next thing I know my phone's blowing up with calls and texts from people saying they have the engine I need. They all had Indians on the line claiming American names (not trying to sound stereotypical but they sound 100% like scammers). Here are two of them:
