Loose side mirrors

Loose side mirrors
Need some help. The side mirrors on my 2005 RL are sloppy loose. There must be a set screw or something that can easily snug these things up? Anyone know where/how?

there's a cover on the bottom of the mirror mounting that needs to be removed. somone posted instructions on a previous thread, so you should try searching

yes the torx screws are loose remove the cover and tighten the screws back up very common problem the new mirrors have been updated

On my 05 RL, the Dealer replaced both side mirrors under warranty with updated mirrors.

Acura should replace those with brand new mirrors covered under tech bulletin 08-022. I just had both of mine replaced 2 weeks ago.
