Hello fellow RL-ers ? I am looking to find a performance parts shop in the LA area either near or close to downtown LA or the South Bay Torrance area. Looking to buy an intake for an 06 RL as well as UD pulley and any other goodies I can get my hands on. Thank you for your help. Happy Holidays

 

Why not Autowave in Huntington Beach, they are the guys who recently installed a supercharger in an RL (thread is still here on the first forum page). Seems they would have to know their way around an RL after having worked on one so extensively.

Of course, I'm not from SoCal so I don't know of other places....we have many users from there who I'm sure will chime in soon.

 

Probably best to go on line for this stuff vs retail...but let us know what you find out. There used to be a place in Torrance called Super Shops, on Hawthorne, near Scott Robinson Honda. That was years ago, and when I was in the South Bay in August, I did not see the store.

 

Supershops went BK years ago. I'll have to agree with Chas and Bob... get the parts online and call Autowave... they definitely know their way around a Honda. BTW the intake is a pretty simple install. You should be able to do it yourself.
