I don't know what happened to the pix. Maybe imageshack doesn't like hotlinking anymore. Ill reupload them tonight to flickr.

The fusion fogs were not a direct fit. I had to modify the stock housings to get them to fit correctly. Ill get a few pix up soon can't promise the car will be clean tho non stop rain lately.

that looks nice. well when eve you can get pics that will be cool.

i love that cut off line you have now on the low beams. did you play with the shield or is it just the lens that makes that effect?

hey for the h11 morimoto bulbs did you get the morimoto ballast or is it another ballast?

i also love the fusion fogs that it has a straight cut off. im wanting to do that because the fogs we have dont do that. lol. any dyi on the fusion fogs. my brother in law has a fusion witt 6k hids low beam and fogs, his fogs look great but his low beams has those gay high cut off lines. ____/ ____/ while we have ___--- ___---

i really want to make the shield of our lowbeams straight. ___ ___

You need projectors in the foglight assembly. Ford fusion the ones that I am using are the best size and performance out there right now.

So to do a projector retrofit, I assume you have to cut a hole in the back of the fog light housing the diameter of the projector and secure it to the housing, right? Carbon, can you take a picture of your fog light housing with the lights off, and post it? I am interested in how far into the housing the projector extends since there is not much room behind the driver's side fog light. What is the diameter of the fusion projector you used?

please excuse the filthy ugly front end. here is the best i could do.

I did replace the glass with some Lexan.

the fit is VERY TIGHT. only about 1/4"- 3/8" from the front of the projector to the lexan
