I remember seeing some where that with the remote one can open all windows and sun roof at the same how do you do this?

 

Hit unlock once, hit once again and hold...

 

Brings to mind a question I have about operation...

Have an 04 TL and when you open sunroof and all windows (double unlock I guess you'd call it) the sunroof goes ALL the way open.

On my 06 RL, it seems to stop half way each time. At first I thought I was just letting go of the second push too soon, but have watched a number of times, made sure I held the button down, and even stayed put so there wouldn't be any issue with possibly losing the signal.

Now my question is, when other RL owners use this option, what does YOUR sunroof do? Open ALL the way or only half way?

half way.... funny I thought the same thing today

 

With the onset of summertime here in the deep South, I use this option everyday. With the first two two clicks of the unlock button, the sunroof will open not quite half way...pushing the unlock button again opens the sunroof a little bit more to about half way...that's how it is working on my '05RL.

...and continue to click on the button 2 or 3 more times, the sunroof will eventually open all the way...a little bit more with each click.

I *have* found that if you click once, then click again and hold for the 1/2 mark (let it get there and stop) then REPEAT the process holding the button down on the second click, it will go all the way open.

Just had concerns when it didn't work the same way as the TL. <g>

Sorry for "hijacking" this thread - just was wondering if I should bring it to their attention at my first check up.
