I have a 2009 RL and I am doing a Honda Legend conversion. I have purchased everything from japan. I am having issues with the rear emblem. The holes are larger on the JDM trunk lid, and they are closer together it looks like and the JDM emblem isn't curved to the profile of the trunk lid. I have verified that the trunk lids are different part numbers from USA to Japan. I am wondering if anyone else has tried to put a JDM trunk emblem on the USA decklid. If so how did you make it work, or did you find a different emblem?

 

This is gonna be a toughie to answer from others' experiences, simply because so few '09 RL's were sold—only 2,043 in the entire country, regardless of badge.
